Ryan Murphy
Founder & Owner/On-Ice Coach
Ryan is the founder and owner of 51Hockey. Currently, he is a professional hockey player, with five years of competitive experience. In addition to his playing career, he holds minority ownership stakes in both the Trail Smoke Eaters of the BCHL and the Peninsula Panthers of the VIJHL, showcasing a commitment to the sport at multiple levels. Ryan’s achievements on the ice include being named to the NCAA First Team All Conference for the 2019-2020 season, as well as earning multiple honors during the 2023-2024 Bayernliga season, including Player of the Year, Forward of the Year, and Most Points.
