51 Hockey Program
2025 Summer Training Program
June 30th – August 14th 2025
Snoqualmie, Washington
-
On Ice
51 Hockey athletes will have two small group skates per week followed by one 3v3 game at the end of the week. Playing a game on the small ice rink will shrink the athletes’ time and space, forcing them to use what we work on to have success in the game.
-
Off Ice
51 Hockey will provide four workouts per week to ensure the athlete is performing optimally while preparing their body for the upcoming hockey season. These office training sessions will focus on strength/weight training, speed/agility training, mobility work, soft-tissue work, and postural realignment work
-
Training
All off ice training during the 51 Hockey camp will be lead by head strength and conditioning coach Hunter Fortin. Hunter majored in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in strength and conditioning at Fitchburg State University. He has also had a long hockey career of his own playing juniors, college, and pro. This ensures all players participating in the camp will receive hands on training from coaches who know what it takes both on and off the ice to reach the next level.
-
Program Location
All small group ice sessions will take place at the Snoqualmie Sno-King Ice Arena. All 3v3 ice sessions will take place at the Renton Sno-King Ice Arena. All workouts will take place at a private gym in Issaquah minutes away from the 2 Sno-King ice arenas.
